The Crown In really offers a charming stay. The countryside setting is breathtaking. The room I had was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved dining here. the food was delicious, and the staff treated me so kindly. Breakfast facilities were also lovely and served promptly. the shower wasn’t ideal. The handheld option lacked power, but having a bath helped a lot. A few things in the room were showing their age. a lovely spot to unwind, especially for couples seeking a peaceful retreat.

charming inn near amazing hiking and historic landmarks
I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the quiet atmosphere of my room which allowed me to recharge after exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside, and the fact that Longtown Castle is just a short 900 meters away, making it easy to pop over and take in the history during a leisurely stroll.
